Persimmon Wine Gamgrin

GAMGRIN,
THE FIRST PERSIMMON WINE IN THE WORLD
Our persimmon wine, Gamgrin is made with Cheongdo flat seedless
persimmons after the first frost.
Gamgrin is a white wine but is rich in tannin, commonly found in grape-based red wine which causes the tangy taste. The puckery taste of tannin is known to be effective in preventing heart problems and aging. It should be noted that persimmon wine has a higher content of tannin than grape-based red wine. Persimmons are effective in relieving hangovers, and the fermentation of this fruit results in a clear white wine with a shade of gold that has a clean aftertaste and does not cause hangovers. Gamgrin is a specialty product of Cheongdo, and it will soon become a high-end wine product to represent Korea.

Efficacy & Components of Persimmons
Persimmons contain much carotene which shares the efficacy of vitamin A: results show that more than 400 IU of carotene is contained in every 100g of persimmon. Vitamin A is a nutrient that helps enhance resistance against disease and makes your skin stronger and more elastic. In the case of vitamin C, one persimmon contains about 30mg which is six-fold higher than that of apples. On the other hand, persimmons are not as sour as other fruit. Only 0.2% of citric acid and malic acid, which are the organic acids that give a sour taste, are contained in one persimmon.
