What is Cheongdo Flat Seedless Persimmon?
Cheongdo flat seedless persimmons have no seeds, and take up about 20% of the total
persimmon output nationwide. The name was taken after the shape of a round and flat tray.
We are committed to preparing a new driving force by enhancing the legitimacy of Cheongdo for local development.
Cheongdo County, of which is mountains take on violet color, and waters are clear, located in the southern most part of Gyeongbuk Province, is the
home of loyalty and filial piety, embedded with handed over spirit of scholar. Cheongdo is famous for Korea's folk amusement, "Bull Fighting", the
only wine tunnel in Korea, and persimmons and peaches. Cheongdo comes to life again as a new tourist spot in Yeongnam Region, where many
tourists visit all year round.
